Hello, my laptop is stuck in boot mode but it won't let me boot or do anything it just says enter a Microsoft disc but I don't have one can someone please help me ASAP please I unplugged it I tool the battery out nothing has worked

Hi,

Does the error message come up in the windows OS or in the bios? The only suggestion i can think of is to contact dell for support. If you can, do a system restore. Do u know how the problem started? Good luck with it.

I called dell my warranty expired they won't help my computer just says boot manager please help

does it say 'Boot Manager is missing' or something like Bootmgr.exe can't be found? Nad the screens black with only the writing in white? And do you have the recovery CD's? (That came with the computer)
