all icons and desktop dissappeared on startupClosed

Hello, 
all my icons and desktop disappeared when I logged on but when I do ctrl+alt +del and go to task manager nothing happens and I just have a empty screen it widows 7 please help nothing happens or opens


Configuration: iPhone / Safari 525.20.1

Greatings,

Your issue will be quickly resolved almost like magic if you follow this simple instruction.

Just hit ctrl alt delete then kill the explorer.exe process then run explorer.exe again as a new task.
