hi, have you checked your Start menu or desktop for anything that could have been installed? Otherwise, go to Computer when the player is plugged in, open it (Right Click > Explore) on the MP3 Player, and look for where all the songs are stored. Then try copying and pasting the songs from your computer to your MP3 Player. Good luck
