Memory problem

Hello,

am patience, i bought a tecno system mobile but when i want to download like music i was told the memory is full so i formated it to create space and when i tried to download again i was told agai the memory is full yet when i checkthe memory status t had alot of space so how am i going to go about it please help.

Hi,

The storage destination for downloads is it set to phone memory or memory card?if internal memory then delete or move some items to memory card and try again.
