HelloHello,
Please help!!! Dell 9300 goes through bios then screen then turns blank with no cursor. Tried running all three safe mode options and they all take me to another blank screen. Could this be a lack of memory to start windows? Computer was running fine until I downloaded kaspersky anti virus. It asked me to uninstall macfee, which I did. Tried to restart my computer and have been having this problem ever since.

Hello,
Try this 1
Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.
Good Luck
