Worried about losing all my songs from CDs

Hi. I synced my ipod at my friends house because she has lots of music (not illegal, from cds) and now I am worried that if I sync it with my computer all the music will go and also if I update the ipod with the lastest software, will I lose all the music? Please helpp!

The iPod and iTunes is not designed to share songs. You are right - syncing will result in loss of the new music I would look into buying a 3rd party program that will allow sharing. Then upload the contents of the iPod into your computer.

thanks for answering, it's ok, i fixed it. i just clicked 'manage my own music' and then you can just drag n drop music from itunes into your ipod thing hehehe x
