How to format micromax x550 qube

Hello,


i have micromax x550 qube but my problem is im unable to format the phone though i have the pc tools cd.the format option doesnt work.plz suggest how to format it

Hi,

This is to be done by a qualified person my friend formatting a mobile phone is not like formatting a memory card or pendrive is very different.Ill advise to take to a repair center and have the needful be done.
