Hello,
This may be caused by the Virus "W32/Delete3.worm"
It has altered your registry login key to:-
HKey Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon\Shell\explorer.exe.C\Windows\config\csrss.exe
instead of
HKey Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon\Shell\explorer.exe
Try using "McAfee" to remove it.
