Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type msconfig and press Enter.
(If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then Click on Start --> In Search box, type
msconfig and press Enter)
"System Configuration Utility" will be opened. Click on the "Startup" tab.
Uncheck the check box for the items related to your "datasafe application" and
click on OK.

Thanks for the quick reply, I tried what you suggested, but I still get the same problem.
