System could not accept realtek ac'97 audio d

Hello,
my system could not accept realtek ac'97 audio driver.why? please help me. as possible as early.my audio driver is REALTEK AC'97.and also multimedia audio controllers.

realtek audio ac 97 is accept, but cannot start with code 10 was error.
