Screen cuts off

Hi,
I have a screen that cuts off part of the window ever though it fits my monitor on the side, how do I get the whole window so I can read the part that's been cut off?
Please help.

Hello,
Try right clicking on the application in the taskbar, you should see a resize option, click it and you should now be able to resize it.
