Why my wins icon is not showed up?

Hello,
I'm facing a problem where is my windows xp sp3 does not showing up certain icon when i browse for file using window. Desktop icon is perfect. Nothing has been changed.
At first i thought the file shell32.dll is missing. But is doesn't.
Here is the print screen. Please help me. :(

Try "System Restore" to restore Windows XP to a previous state. Click on the below link and follow the instructions given to perform system restore.
