Number keys on right side not working

Hello,

The number keys at the top work perfectly on my Acer. However, the number pad on the right side only moves the curser, but the numbers don't work. No 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., just moving the curser up, down, and all around. Thanks so much for your help.

Hello,
  • Click on Start --> Control Panel --> Ease of Access --> Ease of Access Center -->
  • Click on "Make the mouse easier to use" --> Under Control the mouse with the keyboard, uncheck the check box "Turn ON Mouse Keys" --> Click on OK.
