Hp pavilion dv2000 wont start help

Hello,
I have an HP pavilion dv200000 that is on the screen with the 3 safe mode options ,last know good confirm option and start windows normally option. It just keeps coming back to this screen. Please I need help how to fix it. Fixed it before but can't seem to get to that screen with system restore or reset can anyone help thanks

Hello Nancy,

Can you boot in safe mode? Start your system while tapping F8?

P.S. You say that your configuration is IPhone, you should modify it to show which Windows version you are using.
