Hello,
Try this 1
Right-click on the "You tube video" screen--> Click on "Settings" --> Click on the
PC icon (1st icon) found at the bottom of that small window --> Uncheck the
check box "Enable hardware acceleration" --> Click on "Close".
Now close the browser and then open it. Now try to play any you tube video.

I had Adobe Flash Player 10.2.... installed and could only hear the sound but no video... I resolved the problem by uninstalling version 10.2... and re-installed version 10.1.102.64... YouTube videos play perfect now
