How to easily unblock your hotmail account

Hello, I need your help my hotmail account has been blocked as well due to spam I have had this acount for years have many important docs and and I am missing many important emails as a result of my contact list being so large I cannot rember them all

Sorry but with such a big organization as Microsoft and huge service as Hotmail, nothing is easy.
