Ps2 key board problem

hi i have a toshiba laptop a satellite 662-46. I have connected a ps2 keboard with a usb mouse.But the keyboar doesnt work sometimes.but when i remove the conector and plug it in it works again...can u help me plz..................................Hello,

Hi,

Replace the converter with a new one and give your feedback on issue.
