Hello,

I have IE8 installed. Was using Adobe Flash Player to view videos with no problem until I updated to Adobe Flash Player v 10.2.152.32 recently. Now I can't view videos on Youtube. What I get is just a black rectangle where the video should be.

What can I do to get my Adobe player to work?

Thanks, Jack4rall.

I found the tab 'setting' was faded and unable to activate it. Anything else I can try?

Hello,
Try this 1
Reinstall the flash player
If you are using internet explorer then click on the below link and download it
http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
For other browsers, click on the below link and download it
http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
Close your browser and install the flash player. Now open the browser and try to play any you tube video.
If the problem still exists then follow the above instructions to uncheck the check box ""Enable hardware acceleration"

Hello,

Try this 1

Right-click on the "You tube video" screen --> Click on "Settings" --> Click on the

PC icon (1st icon) found at the bottom of that small window --> Uncheck the

check box "Enable hardware acceleration" --> Click on "Close".

Now close the browser and then open it. Now try to play any you tube video.

Good Luck
