Hello,

I CANT ABLE FORMATT FROM DOS ALSO.....SEND ME THE INSTRUCTION...PLZZZZZ

1. There is a little switch on the side that locks it. Even if you think it is unlocked, it may not believe you.
2. Try moving the switch three times and then format it again.
