Pen drive not formated

Hello,

sir , i am have 4gb pen drive. it show zero use and unused capacity when attach. it could not formatted. i try various way ,but not use of those plz suggests me best way to format

is your pendrive original???
if it is then try hp disk format tool...sure it helps ...

Well it seems corrupted and nothing can be done neither retrieve data from it.
