Hello,
Make sure that you able writing on the SD memory card. Refer to the following tip:
https://ccm.net/computing/hardware/4371-unable-to-write-on-secure-digital-sd-memory-card/
Then you can use a format tool like hp disk format tool, its available for download on link below:
https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/
Plug your memory card in a card reader and let it detect it and format after detection.
