Laptop wants to erase my music

Hello,

Hey guys, i recently got a new laptop after my old one died. I tried syncing all my data from my iphone4 onto my laptop but when it came to music it came up with a message saying that if i synced then all music from the laptop (which is nothing) would replace the music on my iphone. How can i put the music on my iphone onto my laptop without it getting all deleted?
