when i start my pc it shows a black screen with a flaching stipe on the left top corner i have a msi ms-7387 motherboard.

Hello,
Try this 1
Go to BIOS --> Make sure hard disk is detected in the BIOS -- > Set your first boot device as "Hard disk" --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.
If the problem still exists then let me know your operating system and do you have your OS CD ?
