Ipod nano 5th gen. won't work black screen

Hello,
I don't know what to do! I was just playing with my music normaly and all of a sudden it's screen went black! Everytime I swich the hold key and hold the center buttton in it still won't turn on and my computer doesn't even regonize it!! If anybody can help me, please do so. I looked all over the internet for the solution including the itunes support center and nobody seems to have the answer!!! Do I need to go to somebody to fix it? please reply!!!

Hello,
Have you ever tried this solution:
1 - Simultaneously press the top button + home (central) button.
2 - Keep both buttons until the Apple appears.
3 - Then release only the top button but still hold the home button pressed.
4 - The iPod goes into recovery mode and then you can restore it via iTunes
