Transcend pen drive format

Hello,
I have a 16GB Transcend Pendrive....
It is unable to format.....
And errors appears that the disk is write protected....
pleas e provide me solution... i even cannot access my pendrive...

Remove write protected as you mentioned by following this Faq:
