No sound in pc after reinstalled window xp

Hello,
After formating pc,i reinstalled window xp sp2,but no sound is there in pc and its motherboard is of mercury with model no. PI945GZD,i have lost motherboard cd and so downloaded sound driver from mercury-pc.com of that model and installed,but still no sound is there,there is yellow question mark in device manager on the installed sound driver.please help me to recover sound the in pc.....

sir i have downloaded all three driver of mercury motherboard of model PI945GZD but only sound driver and vga is installed while third i.e. LAN8100C is not installed its writing that it is for vista . and so still there is yellow mark on "audio device on high definition audio bus" in other device section in device manager....some features of my pc are

Try this 1
Let me know your PC\Laptop brand name and the complete model number.
Click on the below link and download the file.
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/
Extract it --> double-click on CPUZ ---> then click on "Mainboard" tab and let us know the
Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge.
