Open file from mobile at pc

hi guys, i had china mobile phone ZTC TV 1625 and i need to open phone file at pc. I had usb data cable which can charge the phone through pc but i dont have application for pc suite. Did anayone down there can help me to download any software to activate my phone to pc... thanks.

i dont think u need a software,try changing ur cell config from comport to mass storage device,...i hope ull get what u want.....
