My computer wont download

Hello,
my computer wont let me download anything when i try to download something it gets to 1 percent then said Internet explorer has stopped working and will restart or it just gos back to google Ive very recently changed my motherboard from a celeron to a pentium 4 everything works really well apart from i cant download anything please help

hi,
try to uninstall IE and install again.
you mayalso use other software to browse the net and download you stuffs such as Mozilla Firefox and Opera.

webdesigns,websites,free hosting,cms,school software

just goto reg edit and look for explorer file
