someone my mom use to work for gave her a laptop and she gave it to me we have no cd's for it the only way we could it was to keep turning it in off because of the user name and pass word but today my son dum friend deleted
the admin off the hard drive and now we can't use it at all now please help

i have very imporant papers on my hotmail account but when i made the account they said that my password was to short and i would need to change it so i would really like to change it so i can get my items
