Problem to download data on pc frm yahoomail

Hello,
i abhi i was getting problem in downloding data from yahoomail on my pc , when i was clicking download attachement to save data on my pc data is scanning by norton but not downloading. please hlp me i m facing lot problem pls urgentle give solution of this. thankyou.........

A straightforward solution is to disable your antivirus, and internet filters(firewall, anti-plishing softwares)and try to download you contents. Buts that's a quite risky operation ...do it at your own risk
