Hello this is a common error that has been detected by Microsoft. First of all can I ask you which browser you are using?
If you are using IE you can get more information from the link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us
If you are still having problems with it, I would advise you to uninstall your current browser and install the latest version of the browser. Do not forget to delete all the cookies and the temporary folders.
