My pc is turned on and off every two hours

Hello,
Good afternoon, someone please help me, is that my pc has a week and turn off and on automatomatically and religiously every 2 hours ...as if it had been programmed to do so. I installed wimdows 7 and only now this happens ..I, cleaned the fan and dust to prevent heats up and causes it to turn ... disinfected it, you connect an extra fan but nothing not to do if someone could help me ...

How old is your PC?

Does it turn on even when you turned off for the night?

Is your computer connected to a safe power bar?

Have you noticed the lights in your house sometimes get lower and then get brighter?

Has the problem been occuring only since you installed something?
