If you're using Windows OS on your pc, try to go to the command prompt. You can do this by typing command or cmd on run or the search box that appears when you click on start. On the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns press enter and then type ipconfig /registerdns. This should resolve any cache errors recognized by your pc. If you're using IE, try using a different browser like firefox or google chrome. and yes, like the first answer on here said, make sure the time showing on your pc is correct.
