sd mmc 1 gb card track 0 bad Closed

Hello,
I have a SDMMC card of 1gb which i used in Nokia 3230 when ever i put it into the phone the phone hangs. when i tried to format it on pc it is formattting it but at end giving message "Windows was unable to format" and when formatting command is given from cmd the it shows track 0 bad. Please help me to  rectify this promlem 



Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.16

This is a link to the HP formatting tool - it might format your drive. Most likely your drive is DEAD.
