hello my computer fell from the bed and i cant get it to start up its windows 7. currently its on startup repair for close to 24 hrs.....
what should i do i need to recover my info...thanbk you

Hi,

This could be a hardware problem. I suggest you take it to a repair shop for diagnoses.
