Labtop wont start help please

Hello,


i have a vista gate way labtop and i was uninstalling some excrement and put my labtop into load screen where you type your password when i went afk >.> when i came back my labtop turned off and everytime i start it up and type my password in it stays saying loading and wont actaully load .... also i've seen people say/use alt/ctrl/delete and type in explorer are w/e and that doesn't pop up or work

so far i have only been able to use safemode and i cant do a system restore... please any ideas on how to help would be great!!! i cant afford to take it in
