I am having the same issue with System Security. It will not allow me to access any control Panel files, .exe files, cmd, and so on... It will not allow me to boot in safe mode. The only thing that this program is allowing is surffing the web. But my computer is shutting down every 30 min. PLEASE HELP. I am at a lost.

some viruses cannot remove manually by using dos base:

Reading thru all the blogs and solutions, I realize this is all a scam. How am I going to remove malware by installing more malware. I found the perfect solution. Wipe the hard drive clean, reinstall windows, and use firefox, Google mail (GMAIL) on the web only, and instruct user never to download executables or attachments.
