Fake AV (XP Antivirus)

Hello,

I got a client that had this XP fake AV. And it messed ut the registry. I cant right click either and every link is now as "open with.."

I can only log in as administrator and run the reg-fixes from there \ start the Messenger service. I did all of this, logged in as user again, but it has not helped at all :S
Must i run these reg-files as user?
any idea of how i can fix this as admin? (as admin, all the links and programs works)
