Greetings,
Try this:
When you switch on your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get
"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep
tapping the F8 key)
Select "Safe Mode"
Once connected, try to uninstall all the updates you installed before the problem occurs.

Hello,
First thanks for your guide. I try this many time but it can't be fixed even starting in Safe Mode. When it restarting windows, the message appeared like "Preparing to configure windows. Do not turn off your computer", a few minutes later the computer is restarting and appear the same message again and again.
Please help me to troubleshooting this problem. Many thanks in advanced.
