Virus black background

Hello,
I was on my laptop, a windows 7, minding my own business when all of a sudden my background went black, my icons were gone, i cant access microsoft, and all of my files/documents and favorites are gone. so please if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Hello,
Try this 1
Hold the Ctrl & Shift keys and press the "Esc" key. "Task Manager" will be opened
Click on "File" --> New Task --> Type explorer.exe and press Enter.
