you need to follow the password reset link and when it comes to the three options of how you want to change your password click on the last one, customer support and then fill out the form!
You have to give all informations about your problem and about your identity:

* The state, province or department in which you reside.

For Windows Live Messenger user :
Examples of contacts contained in your contact list.
The nickname under which you appear on Windows Live Messenger.
VERY IMPORTANT ! Write your request in a clear and understandable English, avoiding the SMS language, spelling and abbreviations !

thanks so much for your reply. I did everything that i could think of and god knows im truthful real owner of (deleted fot securitu reasons) hotmail account. I even reset my password in the windows live id messenger but still can't log in. I even saw my picture profile in the log in box. I use the new password to log in but cant log in and i got a message that my windows id was block. I sent so many mails to windows live solution center same answer that i get from them. I even open a new windows live id account but its useless for me all my important contact and files is in my older account, my job address is in my hotmail emails. My itenerary for my online plane ticket, booking number that i need to print as my boarding pass. I dont have much time. Im here in Morocco i need to fly on the 28th to spain and 31th in Italy. Please help..unblocked my accounts. Thanks much/cindy

Cindy, I have given the only way to get in contact with Hotmail, there is no other way. Fill the form and wait for an answer. Sorry but Hotmail has become very unsafe and for the time being cannot be trusted for lack of security.
