My anti virus can't be updated

Hello,
I have installed a new antivirus(nod32) on my pc,but when I was installing it, I couldn't connect to the internet to get the user name and password and enter them,so antivirus gave me 30 days to enter the user name and the password.yesterday I enterd user name and pass word,but nothing happened.and the antivirus is still counting days.what should I do now? 11 days is remaining from 30 days.please help me!!
