My vaio laptop

Hello,
i was restoring my vaio laptop to factory settings, but some how my daughter got to it and turned it off, now i turn it on and it says that it can not open because the windows programs are not installed correctly to reset the computer so it can install them but it does the same thing again, and i dont have a cd for it, what can i do??
