Hotmail account blocked

Hello,
My hotmail account is blocked for more than a week so far, and I tried to recover following the steps given by the msn website, first reset the password, next they ask to login in another aol account that I gave as a acc. support and there I have another problem since I do not use this account for so long that I cant even remember the password, so what should I do? thanks, Rildo Silva
