My game crashes

Hello

After I launch the game, i get the "program has stopped working, windows will now close the program" error message. When I try reopening the game it says "game crashed in previous initialization, game starting software rendering mode, I tried to set compability mode to windows 2000 but nothing happened help please :(

Hi,

Did the game work perfectly before you get the message? If yes, try to uninstall then re-install the game to see if the problem still exists.
