Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
If you see any yellow mark then reinstall the audio drivers. You can download the
drivers from the manufacture's website.

You can read out my answer; uninstall ur old version realtek hd audio driver; install latest version like 5.10.0.5273(do google)
