[help]format the flashdisk

Hello,

I've tried all the tricks, but it doesn't work. after I format the flashdisk from Disk Management, windows said "format did not complete successfully"..

anyone can help?

This is a link to the HP formatting tool - it might format your drive. Most likely your drive is DEAD.
