Just bought a new dell gx 620 and right out of the box I installed windows 7. After install I found that the sound card was not supported so I re-installed windows XP. During install I deleted the "D" partition and now the machine wont boot up, when you turn on power the dvd blinks for a few seconds and the monitor never shows any signs of booting no beeps no blinking curser nothing. what do I need to do to fix this

I would download the free version of Killdisk from this site and wipe all the partitions from the drive. Then reinstall Windows XP.

Good Luck
