wd elements 1 tb hard drive usb problems Closed

Hello, i use a wd elements 1 tb external  hard drive for bout 8 months now when i  plug in my usb for this it says usb not recognizable have tried it on 3 computers and shows the same please help if you can 



Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.17

Hi,

Is the drive available on Device Manager? Otherwise, this is probably a cable issue, try to change it and see if the problem still exist.
