My son in-law had it near the tread mill to listen to MP3 on his head phones. Everything was fine until he completed his run and accidentally pulled on the cord bringing the laptop crashing against the treadmill and cracking the lcd screen.
I can turn on the laptop BUT The monitor display has NO PICTURE.
While pc is off and battery is out, I connected an external monitor to see if the external will show a picture but, when I boot it up, it will NOT even notice the external monitor.
EVEN when I hit the FN F5 keys, this still will not work.

No picture on cracked 10.1" LCD.
Connected (BLUE) VGA cable and monitor and nothing happens even after FN F5 is pressed.
The ONLY lights on when I boot PC is the green power light.
